Luck is waking up to discover Robert Redford has hijacked your neighborhood for a 10 second shot of a man walking up a flight of stairs.  Thanks, Rob.  Also a big shout-out to the City of Savannah Parking Services for once again failing to communicate any of this ahead of time and leaving the strong-arm dirty work to a bunch of roadies.
